“I was born in Great Falls, MT in May of 1993, spent 17 years here then moved to Missoula for my Senior year in high school, graduating from Big Sky High School.
After spending about 5 years following high school moving from place to place and jumping from job to job, I seem to have found my niche in radio. Starting as a board operator for STARadio, I applied my previous job experience and work ethic towards the position. After a few months as a board operator, I was offered a full-time, on-air position.
I am now the morning show host on Q106 and the afternoon show host on 104.9 “The Wolf.”
Jesse Drahos began his career in audio as a DJ providing entertainment for clubs, weddings and private events. As his knowledge and skill grew he moved into "Live Sound" where he ran sound for local theaters and bars. Eager to learn more about audio Jesse attended college in Arizona and received a certificate in audio engineering. After graduating he moved to Los Angeles, CA to work in post production (TV & Movies). While in LA Jesse worked for a post production facility for 5 years. During that time he also built his studio and began recording local musicians. Jesse moved back to Great Falls, MT after 6 years of life in LA. He now provides DJ & audio services locally and is also the newest member to the Staradio family.
